Keep your business as far as possible

Stay away from FNB Business if you know what's best for you. This is one sh** bank for business banking. Stay away. An entire 2 weeks now, we have been locked out of our own business account. My own money. Can't access my own money. Can't transact, Can't pay, cant even generate a damned statement? How do I run an SME if I can't even access our own money?? Started last week with something that should be as simple as adding a second signatory. Asked my "business banker" to guide me on something as simple as adding a second signatory on Tuesday last week. She only replies on Sunday, meanwhile I had already gone to the Northgate branch where I was supposedly assisted, and an application for Online Business Enterprise was supposedly lodged. Only this week do I realize, no I actually wasn't assisted. Only after following up this week with these Online Business Enterprise people who I am supposed to wait for, only to be told there was never an application and I have to start a new application. So what on earth did I spend an hour doing in the branch last week on Thursday? All this time I have no access to the account. The business has no online profile, I can't transact, can't pay suppliers, can't even buy fuel to move around, can't generate a ****** statement - NOTHING. ZILCH. How on earth does an SMS even survive such. Ontop of trying to stay afloat on account of COVID you have to content with a bank that takes 2 weeks locking you out away from your own money. I am never the one to write reviews but if you see me write one, I am really frustrated. Please stay away - this is a ****py business bank.
