Keep on asking for the same things

I get mails from Juristic CRS asking me for the same things over and over.

When I open the document the information is already there

Why is my time being wasted.

Please understand that threatening me with SARS non compliancy is a serious matter and if this is not going to be managed properly I will lay a complaint with the ombud for banking
