Katlego a **** for FNB

This morning at 08:40 I called FNB but met this unprofessional woman calling herself Katlego. When I asked a simple question she responded by saying " You do not need to say that because I have told you what I had told you". And she started shouting at me and just changed her tone. When I calmly asked her to tone down she kept shouting and said "I should go on to report her".

FNB used to have these professional individuals assisting customers but nowadays its just chaos. The likes of Katlego don't qualify to be at FNB and sure should learn to speak to people in a professional manner. I was shocked to hear a representative so care free about being courteous and humble. FNB, its time to re-look at this Katlego woman. I hope you get the recording, she is so rude and unprofessional.
