Karin Raudszus and FNB Bad Service

I canceled my bond with FNB in June 2020, A lady named Karin Raudszus called to arrange the refund, I gave her my details and the completed form and she disappeared for the month, we are now in August and my funds are still not paid into my account, I keep calling them and they keep promising that they will pay and now she doesn't even know what's happening with the finance department, even her manager is lost when it comes to this.
