Karabo is a champion!
Called FNB 3 times today to get assistance with authorizing a pending payment. The first 2 instances were literally consumed by me being placed on hold and being transferred from one agent to another that could not help me. I called for the last attempt and got through to such a pleasant gentleman Karabo Dikgole. Effortlessly and seamlessly he assisted me and was so warm and friendly over the phone. Thank you so much for your wonderful assistance Karabo!
