Dear FNB Management,

I would like to take the time to formally compliment and thank two of your employees who recently assisted me.

I have received exceptional service from both of them. They were not only extremely helpful, but also friendly, patient, professional and willing to go above and beyond to assist me in every possible way. At a time when I needed assistance, they made the whole experience to much easier and less stressful.

It is not often that people take the time to recognise excellent service, and I feel very strongly that these two employees deserve to be acknowledged for the way they treated me. They are a true reflection of what good customer service should be.

FNB should be extremely proud to have employees like these two. Kamogelo Maseko and Millicent *****ya at the Lambton Branch. Their kindness, dedication and willingness to help made a real difference to me.

Please pass on my sincere gratitude to them and let them know that their efforts did not go unnoticed. I would also appreciate it if their management could recognise them for the excellent service they provided.
