***KEST BANK IN SOUTH AFRICA!!!!

Worst Bank ever!!!! I pay a **** load of money monthly to be a private wealth client, I have the numbers of 3 personal bankers, (Johan Roux, Kgomotso Modisell and Aysha Abed) I have tried phoning them since 09:00 this morning not one of them answered, then I phoned the even more useless Private Clients Suite, after being transferred 6 times I still don`t have the problem solved! I have to come and lodge a complaint on Hello Peter and Social Media at least 3 times a year to get any service! I paid my Credit Card and FNB took the Minimum Payment debit order on the 31st of Jan, as per my statement. Yet my Card is blocked for non payment! WHYYYY????? I have Debit orders that are bouncing, because of FNBs uselessness!!!
