How can a paid up loan account that has a R0 Balance still be charged R100 debit order per month when I don’t even have a damn bank account with this stupid Bank?! The tsotsi bank!!!! You want to just throw people in a negative amount and keep them there! I am done with this bank. I have asked several times for a settlement letter and you failed to respond to me. 01February the bank got their last amount. The statement is clear Reset amount R0.00 then you come and charge a R100 debit order but I do t have any bank account with you ?! We are done and best you send those closed and settlement letters stat, as I am heading to court now. I am done with this bull**** bank!!!!!
