Been on the phone for over an hour and transferred to over 10 different people just to clear a judgement that was put on my name! Every person keeps saying Ï cannot help you, but I can put you through to the relevant department!" And still NOTHING! Don't have a tag line that says "How can we help You" if You don't know how to help us!.

Now can this matter please be sorted ASAP!
