Kafka would be proud
Phone numbers go in a loop and always end at Easi-desk. Impossible to connect to credit card division. Multiple different direct numbers given by operators which all end up back at Easi-desk or a Robot helper who re-directs you to... Easi-desk. Kafka would be proud.
