Kaaak service at fnb

Can someone please sort out my daughter's account. I can't transact on it. I haf opened it the same day as my son. I have been using it for 10 years. There's a hold on her account. I'm told she's not compliant. I'm told ny son's one was refeeshed automatically but my daughter's one wasn't. I didn't get any messages on the app as the banker claims. Fnb service keeps detoriating, that's why I moved my bond, my business accounts, private banking account. The service is terrible. Remove that hold so that I can transact. Does it even make sense that the other child account is okay and the other one is not. Please
