#JustTap with FNB Pay is Useless!

#JustTap with FNB Pay is useless. My cheque account is in arrears because of "Tap". I believe that this feature is useless within the market. I've recently started using the option "Tap" to pay instead of swiping, at least when you swipe to make any transaction it notifies you if you have insufficient funds in your account, not with FNB Pay, whatever you purchase gets approved and it doesn't reflect immediately in your account that there's an amount which is reserved.

I've purchased 3 different items at a total of R. When I "tapped" with my card these were all succesful, I then continued using my card to make other transactions, what I find is strange is that today I'm on -R330 because each item will hurt you R110 in deep in your pockets. But why is this money not reserved immediately ? Why now am I in arrears? Now this affects my credit score and I'm the one who has to pay for this!

I went in to the bank this morning I didn't receive any help of some sort, the gentleman who helped me told me to just stop using #JustTap with FNB Pay. That's all.

Lately I'm unhappy with FNB on a weekly basis, it's become a norm.

Unhappy client.
