Just wanting to know

I would first express that my previous complaint was sorted out to satisfaction, so would give them 4 stars on that, as well as the FNB ***** Division is also busy with a case that I would give 5 stars as the lady that I dealt with was very professional. The only issue that I have at this stage is that I have been dealing with them for more than 15 years and they have never approved my credit card limit to increase, they however even if my salary has gone up every year they actually have decreased my limit this year but I do not actually understand why I have never been able to increase as they always Decline it - even if the law states they are not allowed to look at credit history (see my previous complaint). I would really love to know why?

It is interesting that my salary from when the card was opened up to now has more than doubled but as stated limit has never been increased but decreased, so that to me is confusing.

Seems that this is giving FNB a headache as no answer forthcoming, must really be easier to say "Declined" as "Approved" or "Increased" . Was very quick for them to Decrease my limit but when coming back to client not so quick then.

Wow still absolutely no word from them yet and I actually have now received a message to say that my credit card is overdrawn - I must assume then that FNB is not going to respond on this.

What a lot of BS that they talk. I will really not tell people that "How can we help you" absolutely means jack as after being a client with them for such a long time they still will not help anybody and this unfortunately is raced based as I have more non whites that is in worst credit and they on lower salaries gets the increase and as I am a white male does not get as their is always an issue. They thus truly are the bank that actually should state "A you are white how can we NOT help you"
