Just want to know a simple question..

<p>I emailed FNB on the 23rd of November 2016 with a query wanting to just know when they will get stock of the Playstation 4 "Pro" model. I wanted one for christmas. Here was their response, "Please be advised we will be receiving stock, we are currently awaiting confirmation from our suppliers with regard to estimated time of arrival of the stock." . Fair enough. I sent another a week later as I was checking their online catalogue every single day twice a day and just wanted to make sure they knew exactly what I was talking about (they had Playstation 4s on the site, just not the "Pro" version specifically). I got this : "Please be advised that we are currently awaiting stock at this stage.". I waited a month till the 29th of December after christmas to ask again stating I just want to know else I will get it elsewhere. I got back "Please be advised that we have not received feedback from our product division as yet.". Its now the 10th of February and they have still not got stock of an item that was released the beginning of December last year. Ridiculous.</p> <p> </p> <p>FNB, 1. Are you getting stock of this machine? I see this machine all over at Deon wired, CNA, Game, Makro, the list is endless even Standard Bank has it so no you cnt tell me its in low demand. What is going on?? 2. If yes, when are you getting it? If the answer is you aren't getting it then fine but please let me know so i can move on and get it somewhere else. Come man guys I love your service normally what is going on? Just want proper answers here?</p>
