Just want my paid up letters!

I am under debt review but my fiance and I are in the process of buying a house. So 2 weeks ago (13 June) I settled all my debt and received paid up letters from all my credit providers- except Fnb. I have phoned more than a dozen times, spoken to loans dept, credit card dept, debt review dept, premier banking customer care. I have sent several emails- with the proof of payment. I even went into my nearest Fnb branch. Its been 2 weeks and still noone can send me my paid up letters (for revolving loan and credit card). Today I phoned again, a consultant answered and asked me to hold while he checks my details- I was left on hold for 20 minutes and eventually put the phone down because he did not come back!? What do I need to do to get my paid up letters!? You guys are holding up the entire process, my debt review counsellor wont issue my clearance certificate because you havent sent my paid up letters.
