Just to activate a card is so much of hassle

I ordered the youth cards that FNB offers for young children online, and the cards got delivered today, now I am having trouble activating them, I called 3 times already, today is the 3rd time that I am calling again and going through this whole process again and none of the agents can help me, the last agent said there is KYC info missing on the profile, and today I am told the same thing, and after my first complaint knowone bothered to call me, I did as FNB instructed and that was to give the childrens birth certificates, and my id and proof of residence to the couriers that dropped the cards off, which I have done and now I am having trouble activating them, the sales agent that sold these cards to me made the process seem seemless, said I would just have to register the cards on internet banking and they could do online banking, and now I have to spend from 2.00 till now which is 3.00pm on the phone just trying to activate these cards, if I had known this I would have just gone to Absa
