Just taking bank fees as they please
An unauthorised debit order( unauthorised because that was already paid prior days before) went off from my account on the 31/12/2025. The debit order bounced back due to funds but now I got penalised with R115 fee due to insufficient funds but this debit order was not suppose to go off at all. Fnb needs to refund me this fee !!!

02 Jan 2026, 09:42I did not ask for the reason for the fee. I advised that FNB allowed an unauthorized transaction through my account and then penalised me because the debit order bounced back. As per my Debicheck mandate the maximum debit amount for Planet Fitness is R973.50 but then FNB ALLOWED planet fitness to debit my account with R1338!!!!!!
If this debit order was blocked because it was NOT Allowed all of this could have prevented!!!! I want my R115 back because of your neglicence
