Just sent me a settlement quote and we can be done

I have a revolving loan with FNB that is in arrears. I lost my job in 2019 December and in January 2020 I reached out to the bank to find out if I hand an insurance of any sort that covers me or pays out the debt if I lose my job and was told not. Anyway in November 2022 I reached out to the bank to make an a payment arrangement of R3000 a month towards this loan and to date nobody has contacted me. Yesterday I called in to get a settlement quote. I was transferred to numerous department and nobody could help me. I was given these numbers to call, ***, ***, ***. Finally when I spoke to someone, they didn't want to give me a settlement quote. I am not looking for financial advise. Just send me a settlement quote and that is all. This is really becoming extremely annoying. Just give me a settlement quote. I would like to pay and be done with FNB and the *********** stuff
