Just send me my statements

For over a month now I have been trying to get statements on my own account. First I was told I can't get it in CSV. Then was told it would cost over R2 000. Finally on the 27th July Noni Shikwambana said she would send the PDF statements at no cost. 5 emails later, 3 calls later, and 3 chats on Secure Chat and still no statements.

This is becoming quite *********** now for a major bank and seems your service is now slipping. This is the 2nd time in a year I have wanted to cancel with you due to incompetence.
