Just pure Incompetence and we have to pay

I decided to apply for a FNB Connect Sim using my 2nd number which is my Vodacom number. I didn't realize that would mean me actually porting my number from Vodacom to CellC. Because then I would've just used my 1st number which is already CellC. I work on a Construction Site and the only network that does work is Vodacom. So upon realizing what had happened I contacted FNB Connect and asked them that they please swop my 2 numbers. Meaning I keep the FNB connect contract but instead of the 076 nr use the 084 nr. This morning it was confirmed that the 084 nr is not on contract but FNB Connect prepaid and that I am now bound for 3 months. They messed up why should I now pay? Why should I be restricted to buy there expensive data not monthly but daily? I app**** for the contract because it would work out cheaper and now it’s even more expensive. I wish for my number to be released from FNB Connect a.s.a.p. Someone there heard what she wanted to hear and did what she felt like doing. I don’t want your services anymore. RELEASE MY NUMBER REF nr 118448
