Just plain ******* and terrible

FNB just closes accounts, are unhelpful for the frail and bed ridden. response times from *** 3 weeks to 5 weeks if you are lucky, calling branches or any of the numbers get no results, paperwork for signing powers are not captured correctly. it is never ending. even the branch in GHANA is terrible and just take money. the fees are sickening at best. worst of all they are pathetic in approach and are not even afraid to hide it and hang up calls refusing to help.
