Just Pick Up the Phone Please
Waited 15 minutes for their Temp Loan department to pick up the phone, ridiculous,10am in the morning,pretty sure it wasnt lunch time. All I need is one paid up letter for my *****0683 account which ive been asking continuously. A turn around time of 3-5 business days for a request,its really slow. Please can someone from temp loan contact me so I can move on with my life.
