Just not interested in solving my problem

I have problems with my online banking, in that I do not receive my OTP's when making payments. I have called FNB Online banking, whom told me that the problem lies with my service provider MTN. I have called MTN whom told me that the problem lies with my bank, as I receive all other sms's, but just not my FNB OTP's. Please can you assist urgently, as I have to make payments today. My cell No ***. Thank you
