Just need a new bank Card

Went to Fnb Jeffreys Bay this morning to report my Card ****** and to get a new one. I had no identity document on me as it was in my wallet that was ****** with bank cards. But did have pictures of id. The consultant at counter 1 that was suppose to assist me would not assist me without my ID. So Fnb please assist as i cannot get a ID without funds that you are withholding.
