Just Horrible

Honestly, FNB has you pay monthly for this premier account where they say bankers will answer your questions and help you and it's a lie. I have been getting ignored left and right, someone will say hello and never respond to my question. Why do you charge fees for services you don't deliver? Horrible customer care.
