Just help???
I am getting EXTREMELY frustrated. I have been trying to get clarification on a very simple matter since last week Friday and Every time I just get told to wait another 24 hours (since last Monday) and then get transferred to a department with a terrible telephone connection. The issue has been reported 5 times now! Can someone please just sort it out. If I get transferred one more time I’m going to completely lose it! Please just help!!
