Just had enough with FNB's service

FNB is all pretty on the outside but the robotic customer journey is not enough for customers, their customer's definitively do not come first and surely I have made a mistake expecting better treatment standing by their their guidance. As it stands, I have a business, credit and cheque card with them. I wanted to move away from the bank as the perks of having an expensive bank was not worth it any long i.e. "EBUCKS" I was not gaining any, they initiated my credit card to platinum and not once was it mentioned that it will effect my e-bucks. I was dedicated and nothing just gaining measly points from my "gold" cheque card. I decide to move my salary to another bank and keep my accounts still live, to slowly move away form FNB, only to find out that I need to travel from next year and the slow lounge and discounted rates will work wonders. After returning my salary back into fnb, still no changes in my ebucks points. Only until I contacted E-Bucks to find out that because my cards are not aligned I have not been gaining my full ebucks, the lady was lovely and gave me advise on what to do to gain further and said that I will have to realign my cards to get a "points back toward what I missed out on". After contacting FNB they said they cant help me until I re-align. I tried but couldn't not until I have my salary back for 3 months, three months go by and I am excited to get my points back, nope cant re-align another two consultants says they should of told you 6 months. Finally six months go by - finally re-aligned to Premier - and believe me I am patient. I call again excited to finally gain my ebucks that I lost on my credit..to get a lousy "we cant help you" call ebucks..did it for them to tell me " call FNB Premier"... it has been several weeks since my last query to say they will run my query to gain my ebucks that I lost through there "Customer Service who issued a credit card without stating it would effect my ebucks".

I am currently on the verge of closing my credit card and changing my banks if this is not seen to or even being understood. The cost to be with FNB is not worth the outcome.
