Just go to Capitec instead

They suck. I tried opening an account online, website throws an error. Contacted the call center, they say they can't help me someone will call me back. After a week of hearing nothing from them I lay a complaint, and only then they assist me to open an account. I'm told someone will be in touch in order to arrange card delivery. Again, nothing. I reach out to them myself in order to get my card, confirm the delivery address and contact details. I'm told the couriers would contact me in order to arrange delivery. After another week, again, nothing. I reach out to follow up, now I'm told the card was never ordered.

Capitec helped me do all of this in 2 days, FNB can't do it in 3 weeks?
