Just get me my bank card.

How hard is it just to collect a new bank card from the bank. Yes, I can only assume that it is more convenient for most people to receive the card via courier, but as a Consultant thats always at clients, its imposible. FnB charges me extra to get my card from a branch, where i need to sit for 45min to do something that used to take 5 min at a collection counter. So I told the courier company that they can deliver at one of my clients where I would be. But after two messages reminding me that they will deliver in the next hour. They never came. Phoned the call centre and they couldnt find the driver.

So now I am here again sitting at the bank waiting, waisting time.
