Just frustrated. Genereally good service from FNB

Generally FNB is one of the top banks I have ever dealt with, hassle free. This morning I went onto secure chat to find out why I'm not able to purchase shares on the app. I managed to do this about 4 or so months ago as a test, and it worked fine.

The person on the secure chat gave me two numbers to dial. The first one I dialed siad "number discontinued", the second number got me to a person ending up giving me the same numbers, and said he will directly connect me.

I got disconnected as he tried to transfer me. I dialed again to private clients, and the person I spoke to wanted to give me the same numbers. I told him that the line says "number discontinued". He said he will transfer me. As he transferred me it said "number disconnected" I have been roughly struggling for 1 hour to buy a simple share option.

This is frustrating - this is not service I am fami**** with from FNB.

Can someone who is able, and not working from a manual please contact me and assist me with being able to buy the shares I want. The more time I waste on this, the less time I have for buying my shares successful.
