Just for a pin

I went to fnb N1 City for a new pin for my son's savings atm card, he deactivated the card in error, at the entrance i entered my enquiry into a computer, my number 96 printed and it said that my wait could be 40mins. I waited an hour to to served for a minor service that took 3 mins. No quick service for minor queries. We all had to sit amongst the big issue clients. Whats the point of taking a number for different enquiries when we're all being served in number formation.
