Just Don't bother with FNB PayPal Services.

Do not use this service to link a PayPal account to FNB Online Banking. FNB keeps giving me an error saying FICA docs outstanding which I have submitted in Nov 2025, everything worked fine for two months and then the same error again, I have contacted both FNB and PAYPAL. PayPal has done their best to assist me but FNB has still not gotten back to me. Numerous weeks, no response, Numerous emails, no response. FNB you want my business but don't want to provide the service. I am waiting for an FNB paypal manager to contact me asap.
