Just disappointed

34 days, 2 'Premier' bankers, a complaints handler, 5 follow up emails, two complaint references ( ********** , ********** ), not getting back to me when you said you would (repeatedly!) and a visit to a branch as a final resort, and THIS is your response to a self-admitted, honest mistake (happy to accept the transfer charges, but not the interest):

"Good day Mr S******,

Please note that the matter was sent to the Credit card division requesting that they consider an interest refund. We have received feedback to say, you are liable for the interest on the amount as per the terms of the Credit card account.

Regards,

V*** M******"

This now goes beyond an interest payment to just a shear & complete lack of understanding and empathy. Perhaps the Discovery of an alternate banking offering is looming? Instances like this leave me feeling apathetic at best to any sense of loyalty to you.

Good day Tim,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

I am disappointed to hear that your previous complaints had not been resolved. I have escalated your comments to a manager at FNB Premier Resolution Centre and have requested that they be in contact with you.

Reference number ***NF was issued for your complaint

I do apologise for the frustration caused.

Regards,
