Just deducted money left and right off my account

Were to start today when i open my bank app there are deducted from R10 off my account for reference 1items on 26/01/27 how can you deduct money from my account if i did not make n purchase or use my card on that day.. Next complain on December there were n amount of R300 and something deducted for n debicheck i did not agree on tray to despite it you will get back to me on the fnb app nothing till today no response from fnb.. Just deduct money from my account left and right for what i dont have thousands of money just to give fnb for free i hope fnb read this so we can resolve this else i am going to change banks..
