Just catch a wakeup
Frequently happens that your OTP messaging seems to be off. I have signal, sms's that my wife sends me I do receive within seconds. This poor services costs me, I enter new recipients wait... wait... receive wife's sms'. Then shut down computer as I have other work to do. Only to have to do it all over again. It's 2023, just catch a wakeup. Have not had load shedding in the last 28 hours...

'We apologise that Online Banking Enterprise and Forgotten password are currently not available. Our support teams are attending to the issue. Thank you for your support and patience in this time.' Have the screenshot.
Every time I report to Hellopeter about poor service my username/password is not accepted and I need to change it. FNB.... YOU ARE COSTING ME MONEY. I NOW HAVE TO TRAVEL 203 KM (at R5.78 per Km) TO MAKE A CASH PAYMENT THAT I UNDERTOOK TO MAKE. COULD NOT ON FRIDAY BECAUSE YOUR SMS NOTIFICATION SERVICE WAS DOWN. TODAY THIS NONSENCE. I’ve been a customer for 20+ years with 3 accounts. THIS SERVICE LEVEL IS UNACCEPTABLE. NOT WORTHY OF PATIENCE. It’s 2023. The USA have been to the moon 62 years ago AND... they actually returned as well.
