Just an ongoing mess

ID *** Acc *** linked to ***.Still no resolution.First the account was missing with its payments,Then Sharon Trollip found it with the payments that were made but you have not allocated payments to correct dates as per Debt Rescue/Hyphen and say I still owe R13k.I sent POP from Hyphen but you want to allocate from 2*** (therefore adding all the interest accrued from your mistake)and mentioning a debit order THAT WAS STOPPED IN 2016.NO THAT ACCOUNT WAS PAID UP with last payment 20/12/2019.I want this account reconned properly where payments are allocated to correct dates (then you will see actually paid up).After last payment this account was supposed to be CLOSED.and I want Proof of recon and my Paid up letter to send to Debt Rescue.This is ridiculous struggling from April 2022 with two accounts you have messed up and expect me to just pay up (Side note:Thank you Sharon Trollop for helping with Credit card account and tracing this account)
