Just after your money!!! Tricking you into taking products you don't want

I tried to apply for an increased overdraft on FNB online when I was asked to approve. I assumed I was approving a higher overdraft when in fact I was ******* into approving a private client cheque account. This AFTER I TOLD THEM I was not interested in a private client cheque account with the MASSIVE extra money I would have to pay. They deducted R619 from my account for this. I asked them to REVERSE it but NO!!!!! The excuse is that I am using an unverified device. They TAKE MONEY from an unverified device but REFUSE TO REVERSE on the EXACT SAME DEVICE!!!! The secure chat is useless! No point in even trying because nothing gets resolved. I am now sitting with a product I TOLD THEM I DIDN"T WANT!!! and on top of that I have to pay for it!!!
