Just about had it with FNB

Three good days since I emailed the forex branch to trace an offs**** payment. Not even the courtesy to respond, just a useless auto reply! Numerous calls, where I am put on hold, I waste my air time and still no help provided!!! Are your people properly trained at all? May I get a response of any kind?????
