Just a heads up for those wanting to use FNB Travel...It is unfortunately not worth it!

I tried booking a trip using FNB Travel and was unfortunately less than impressed. You can tell that the website is not at a mature level of a travel agent or an airline. I searched for flights, found it and was disappointed that the pricing was nearly 8% higher than going directly to the airline. The information was limited and it tries to be so simple that it misses information like baggage allowances, travel insurance, cancellation and refund information and a fair bit of other information. FNB will argue that your eBucks level will make a difference, but I'm of level 5 (the highest or up to "40%" discount, but it made so little difference that the price was still cheaper to book direct with the airline.
