Juristic forms
FNB Juristic forms. I received a message from FNB to complete Juristic forms. however this require the customer to have the latest version of Adobe Reader. I called the number to find out if i can have the form sent to me instead of installing adobe on my phone and i was advised unfortunately the only way is to download the adobe or go to the branch! Where is customer centricity? is sending a customer to the bank to complete a form during this period the option? My reference number to this is ***4.
