Judgement Removal letter that will never come

The communication levels between FNB & Hammond Pole (Their Attourneys) are really shameful. I am trying to apply for a bond but the company picked up there was a judgement against my name from many years ago with Hammond Pole by FNB which has been resolved

Funny enough i am battling to get a letter to prove the judgement will be removed against my name. Whenever i phone Hammond Pole they tell me FNB needs to give me the authorization letter for them to clear my judgement, and all FNB does is transfer me from 1 department to the next and half the time the phones are just left to ring as if they just dont care.

I have now had to put everything on hold because the judgement is not getting removed from my name and whenever i call both places it seems like i am not getting help anytime soon
