Judgement on name and no resolution
Hi, I recently saw I have a judgement on my name from FNB in 2015, I contacted FNB in 2015 and they removed the judgement as it was a mistake, about a week ago I had a compuscan report done on my profile and they found a judgement is still on my name on one of the bureaus, I lodged a dispute with the bureau and they said that they could not remove the judgement because the account is with an attorney called Hammon Pole.
I am confused because I thought this was resolved in 2015 regarding my cheque account. Now its effecting my profile badly.
