Judgement not removed

Last year I repaid a debt to FNB for which I had a judgement against me.<br> I confirmed the process with Brooks Luyt Inc's Pretty Setsiba who sent me the following mail.<br> <br> Dear Mr. Rex<br> We refer to your FNB SILVER CARD (Original) account.<br> We confirm that your payment of R ***xx,xx dated 28/08/2014 and R***xx .xx dated 01/10/2014 has been accepted and acknowledged as a part of your final settlement payment with regards to the arrears on your FNB account (***) as agreed with our offices. As soon as the last instalment of R ***xx.xx is received we notify the bank of your final payment they in turn will update your name on ITC and then close the account.<br> A settlement letter confirming that the above mentioned matter is paid up in full will be forwarded to you within 14 working days of receiving your payment.<br> You can forward me the proof of payment as soon as the payment is made.<br> Hope this addresses your concern<br> Regards... ?<br> Pretty Setsiba<br> <br> The listing still shows and Ms Pretorius has informed me I must contact the credit bureaus and have it removed myself.<br> As far as I can see this was not my responsibility but theirs.<br> FNB have declined my home loan application due to this.
