Judgement against my name.
I had a credit card with Discovery until I was no able to meet my monthly payments. I app**** for debt review in 2011 until and was out of work from 2 ********** , had to cancel debt review. In 2016 I app**** for debt review again and FNB declined my application. I was paying R200 then increased to R250 however FNB decided to file judgement against my name without communicating their plan with me.
Why is FNB shooting me down while am trying to take responsibility and pay my debts?
