Joyful thanks - helped the old FNB way I know

Hope restored by Joy - The FNB way I know! amazing service received from Joyful Moganedi, team leader at Bara Square. Honestly, I wanted nothing to do with FNB for so many reasons, but today, as we speak, I ported my number to FNB, received my money which was kept in some vault into my new account which she helped me open, explained how it worked, advised on different options (by the way, the old account was just closed by some other FNB branch with no communicated). Joyful still upholds FNB's slogan of "How can we help you?" Please keep up the good job and continue shining and restoring old loyal FNB customers' back to FNB. Your care, patience and professionalism was out of this world. Much appreciation ma'am.
