3rd complaint in a week sad to have to constantly do this and a waste of my time of countless calls and waste of my airtime I still have not solution or any clarity as to what is happening with my refund. After being promised another call back in Saturday nothing. Hopefully someone higher up can assist before the legal route needs to take place I am also on the verge of changing banks you only care about new customers and taking money not looking after long term loyal customers
