Joke of a bank

so i went to fnb sea point this morning to make a deposit l. There was a long queue by the atm so decided to go inside and deposit by the tellet on my way i met a man with a fnb uniform whom i think was the manager He asked what i wanted to do and i told him i wanted to make a deposit he asked of how much and disclosed the amount to him and he said i should rather go to the atm and deposit not to the teller because of bank charges. From where i was standing i could see that there was no one by the teller and told him that i didnt want to join the long queu and he insisted that i make an atm deposit because i was gonna be charged insde. i found it to be ridiculous so i also insisted i go to a teller and then hes next excuse was the bano teller was busy with forex so no one was gonna help me. Its first week of the month and there was basically no teller really . I simply just told the gentleman that if they are promoting people to use the atm for deposits then naybe there should be more atms because there were just 2 machines. What do bank tellers do?? i thought their job was to handle cash. As if that was not enough when making the atm deposit the machine rejects some notes and does not prompt to reinsert different notes before making the final deposit. The option is cancel or deposit so I ended up doing 2 transactions instead of 1 no wonder the long queue FNB you seriously need to wake up
