John Volmink & Mgumundu Nompumelelo are playing games

Apparently, John Volmink feels we are stupid. Standard Bank and Nedbank froze our Business Accounts at the request of John Volmink of FNB on the grounds that a client reported transactions they performed on our FNB account, and that some funds were transferred from the FNB account to our Standard Bank and Nedbank accounts.

Taking into account that John Volmink of FNB went to the extent of Freezing our FNB Account and all Accounts our FNB Account made payments to including our Standard Bank and Nedbank Accounts, because of this client complaints, the client (complainer), however withdraw the case, with an Affidavit from the Police, on Friday, the 11th of August 2023, but up to current John Volmink & Mgumundu Nompumelelo of FNB haven't taken the holds from all of our accounts.

This morning, John Volmink informed us via email that the case has been concluded and that we should contact Standard Bank and Nedbank to determine if his request to activate our accounts was granted.

Why should we contact Standard Bank and Nedbank, John Volmink? You contacted the external banks to suspend the accounts, not us, so why should we contact them now? Second, they honored your request to suspend those accounts, so why won't they do so now? What are you not telling us, John Volmink and Mgumundu Nompumelelo, because it makes no logic for you to instruct us to contact the external banks to determine IF THEY HONORED YOUR REQUEST! Why won't they honor your request, or why haven't you instructed them to unfreeze our accounts? Because they froze these accounts per your instructions, they must unfreeze them per your instructions.

Why are you refusing to activate all of the frozen accounts? A client reported a transaction, the account was frozen, and now the client has withdrawn the case in an affidavit, but they are still refusing to unfreeze the account, causing inconvenience for thousands of our customers, dozens of our employees, and affiliates.
