John Volmink and Mgumundu Nompumelelo
Standard Bank and Nedbank froze our Business Accounts at the request of John Volmink of FNB on the grounds that a client reported transactions they performed on our FNB account, and that some funds were transferred from the FNB account to our Standard Bank and Nedbank accounts.
Taking into account that John Volmink of FNB went to the extent of Freezing our FNB Account and all Accounts our FNB Account made payments to including our Standard Bank and Nedbank Accounts, because of this client complaints, the client (complainer), however withdraw the case, with an Affidavit from the Police, on Friday, the 11th of August 2023, but up to current John Volmink & Mgumundu Nompumelelo of FNB haven't taken the holds from all of our accounts.
The simple logic here is that the same client who reported the transactions that led to them placing all our accounts on hold is the same client who has withdrawn the case and provided them with an affidavit to that effect. However, they are refusing to lift the holds they placed on our Standard Bank, Nedbank and all effected Accounts, even after he (John Volmink) and his colleague (Mgumundu Nompumelelo) told us that they will lift the holds once we reach an agreement which we have.
Both Nedbank and Standard Bank informed us that he (John Volmink) reported payments to these accounts; therefore, he must contact them to have the restrictions removed. After coming to an agreement with the client and the client providing a written affidavit to that effect, John Volmink and Mgumundu Nompumelelo still refuse to uplift the holds they placed on all of our Business Accounts and affiliated accounts, leaving us to wonder whether FNB is a banking institution operating on the basis of honesty, fairness, transparency, equal opportunities, and right, or whether they are working based on personal outrage.
Thousands of our customers, tens of our employees, and affiliates are being inconvenienced because one of our clients reported a transaction, the account was frozen, and the client has since withdrawn the case via affidavit, but yet our accounts are still frozen.
If there's no case, then why are those accounts still being frozen?
Perhaps it's because it's a black-owned business, even if we don't think ****** plays a role in this kind of circumstance, but John Volmink and Mgumundu Nompumelelo's behavior is everything but professional and immoral.
