Exceptional customer service from John Chauke at FNB Randridge Mall. I needed to do a KYC for my brother and he was of great help amidst load shedding. He requested me to forward him proof of address of which I did and he told me to come through and sign the document. He is very friendly, respectful and he knows his work.
